Join the Museum for a free day of family fun! The event will kick off with ribbon cutting followed by a variety of educational activities and speaker presentations.

1:00pm Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the completion of two Museum construction projects. Our major project included a new entrance, bathrooms, stairs, and elevator. The original entrance to the Museum, the 1893 McCormick Cabin, is now a permanent display room.

We also finished the YCM Youth Education Center - a unique learning space dedicated to sharing local history with our youth. The Center was made possible due to generous sponsorships from Associated Construction Engineering and Ideal Manufacturing.
